Located just one hour north of Pisa, surrounded by private, landscaped gardens with panoramic views over the Apuane and Appenine mountains, the hamlet of Braia is the ideal place to call your home whilst in Tuscany. Situated within a short drive of the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lucca, our guests also enjoy short trips down to the beautiful seaside town of Lerici, once a home to Shelley, Byron and D. H. Lawrence.
Our two luxury Tuscan villas boast private swimming pools, and are equipped with pizza ovens, BBQ facilities, beautifully landscaped gardens and breathtaking views. We can even provide outdoor movie nights to keep the children entertained, all your needs can be catered for.
A Home Away From Home
From crisp white linen and fluffy beach towels, to cooking pizzas in a wood-fired oven, all your needs are catered for when you book with Braia Villas. We encourage our guests to pick their own seasonal herbs and vegetables from our kitchen garden.
Luxury Facilities
All three villas have private pools, BBQ areas and terraces. All have their very own wood-fired pizza ovens. Speak to our team to arrange a cook or for advice on day trips to the Cinque Terre, Lucca, the Marble Mines and beyond.
Fluffy towels, hairdryers and all bed linen is provided including beach towels. We pride ourselves on attention to detail .
Authentic Tuscany
The region of Lunigiana is an historical territory of Italy, which today falls within the provinces of La Spezia and Massa Carrara. Our four stunning villas overlook the valley of Licciana Nardi. The town was built around the 12th century and sits beside the Taverone River.

From winery tours, cycling, hiking, marble mine tours, to lazy days by the beach on the famous Versillian coast, there are activities to cater for everyone just on our doorstep.
We provide information so our guests can easily find what they are looking for. The villas have bespoke booklets with details of everything available in the area.
